FRESHER IT PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the progress of Website/Software project operations:

• Build project implementation plans & Assign tasks to operational departments.

• Manage project implementation process & Work communication points.

• Handle project-related documents and procedural issues.

• Monitor project status, and ensure project progress and quality implementation according to plan. Manage and coordinate project stakeholders.

• Control issues, changes, risks, and conflicts among stakeholders. Flexible handling and resolving issues.

• Acceptance ensures the quality of products handed over to customers.

• Participate in research and application of project management frameworks. Participate in developing & optimizing project operation processes.

• Report work to the direct supervisor.

REQUIREMENT

• Accept new graduates. Having internships in IT Project Manager/ Account Executive/ Sales B2B/... positions is an advantage.

• Have knowledge or interest in learning about technology and websites.

• Communication skills: Exchange and extract information; Analyze and solve problems; Handle situations; Negotiation and negotiation.

• Project Management Skills: Planning; Personnel coordination; Time management; Cost management; Quality management; Risk management; Reporting & work reporting.

• Knowledge & experience of Scrum Framework is an advantage.

• Can withstand high work pressure. Sense of responsibility.

• Have a personal laptop.
