Job description

1. Customer development (Consulting)

  • Seek customers, advise on products/services & persuade customers to sign implementation cooperation agreements.
  • Consulting on implementing digital commerce solutions around the customer's business situation, choosing the best digital solution application models to create efficiency for the business.
  • Find new points that can be optimized/improved in the solution operation process for customers to continue consulting and making suggestions.
  • Carry out market research and grasp business development situation.

2. Coordinate the Project implementation process (Customer Success)

  • Coordinate with the Project Management (PM) team to discuss closely with customers and project implementation teams.
  • Coordinate with other functional teams (PM Team, UX Team, Dev Team,...) during the implementation process to achieve project success.
  • Check the quality of products/services, ensuring the results customers receive are the best.

Candidate Requirements

  • College degree or higher majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology,...
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing,... for B2B products and services or equivalent positions.
  • Have knowledge and experience working in the fields of Technology and Marketing, CRM software,... Understand business knowledge and skills, and grasp market trends.
  • Good communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in groups & work independently.
